The Role

Delcit Inc. has an urgent need for Sr. Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Consultant with expertise in configuring D365 security roles. As an experienced D365 Security Analyst, you understand and demonstrate the capability to work with the Client’s Business Support Team to develop the security roles-based access model, ensuring a suitable methodology is in place.

This is a remote role, working for a USA-based client.

Essential Functions

• This role will be the lead within the center of excellence team to provide support for all functions related to Finance and supply chain operations globally.
• Work with the technical team to make sure that all Finance and supply chain are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
• As an experienced Security Roles Analyst understands and demonstrates a capability to work with business roles and associated system authorization/access roles.
• To develop the roles-based access model including ensuring a suitable methodology is in place for the creation and testing of new business roles.
• Documenting, agreeing, and following internal procedures for the creation, amendment, and testing of changes to any roles across the business and application solution.
• Review and realignment of existing system roles to comply with the new role-based access model.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles as they relate to the manufacturing, supply chain, Order to Cash, and Purchase to Pay including reporting to support analysis of variances to labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Define Dynamics 365 Finance functional requirements, user stories, and design documents that developers can use for configuration.
• Resolve issues throughout the development & configuration life cycle (DevOps)
• Requirements gathering, quantifying business case, and defining system/functional goals
• Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
• Provide leadership in solving complex problems and driving innovation to improve overall efficiency within the cost management function
• Maintaining communication between the implementation team and the subject matter experts (SME)
• Provide support at deployment and post-go-live to end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of related experience and education.
• 7+ years Sr. Functional Consultant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply chain management.
• 3+ years experience as a security analyst with Dynamics 365.
• Solid knowledge in Finance, supply chain, distribution, Management Reporting.
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap document, and training materials
• Excellent understanding of concepts of business roles and application security roles.
• Solid understanding of segregation of duties and how compliance is achieved through best practice role management procedure.
• Hands-on experience of the Dynamics 365 security concept is essential.
• Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and testing roles in Dynamics 365 Finance.
• A solid understanding of SharePoint is also desirable.
• Strong project management skills with effective results focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.

Must have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified Consultant for Finance and SCM.
• 7+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain.
• 3+ years experience configuring Dynamics 365 Security Role. As an experienced D365 Security Analyst Role, you understand and demonstrate the capability to work with the Client’s Business Support Team to develop the roles-based access model, ensuring a suitable methodology is in place.
• Solid understanding of segregation of duties and how compliance is achieved through best practice role management procedure.
• Use of DevOps, Writing Test Case, Running Test Runner experience.

Delcit Inc. is seeking a highly motivated recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or supply chain management. Delcit is pursuing a quick learner with an interest in pursuing a career in ERP Microsoft Dynamic 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining certification in Microsoft dynamic 365, learning Azure DevOps and implementing their knowledge in a variety of team projects for clients. The candidate will provide development services using Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 to accomplish the tasks and associated deliverables required.

Essential Functions:

• Become familiar with Dynamic 365 ERP environment;
• Obtain certification in different modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as needed or directed by the management for the future projects;
• Attend training provided by the company to gain skill and knowledge;
• Work with clients on assigned projects and deliver the tasks successfully meeting the client requirements;
• Learn and execute tests in Azure DevOps which includes manual testing, RSAT and much more;
• Develop and improve operational practices and procedures;
• Attend internal meetings and client meetings;
• Provide training and guidance to the newcomers;
• Complete tasks assigned by management in a professional and timely manner;
• Work collaboratively with the company’s staff in various disciplines;
• Provide effective solutions to demanding issues and risks.

Qualifications:

• Must have a university degree or diploma in computer science or supply chain management
• Certification in any Microsoft Dynamic 365 module is an asset;
• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or possess a work permit.
• Must be a team player, proactive, and possess positive attitude;
• Result focused, action-oriented, and experienced presentation skills;
• Strong organizational, judgmental and time management skills required;

Reporting to the Delcit Team Lead, you will contribute to the strategic direction and design of innovative solutions for our clients.

Essential Functions:

• Dynamics 365 SCM with Advanced Warehouse Management Expertise.
• Business analysis and designing experience.
• Functional design documents preparation experience.
• Testing experience using DevOps would be nice to have. You may be required to write Test scripts and execute the testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Sr. Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, you will be responsible for; designing, implementing, and deploying Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.
• Develop testing strategies and plans for 365 Advanced WMS using Microsoft recommended tools and frameworks.
• Testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Executing testing plans and scripts and providing results and logging bugs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of business processes and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives.
• Experience participating in the requirements gathering process for IT systems.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication.
• Experience with writing Testing specifications and scripts with customers to test the system and triage any issues that arise.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology-related BA/BS.
• 5+ years Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience.
• Dynamics 365 SCM Certification
• Experience in Dynamics 365 in Advanced Warehouse Management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft platform and methodology.
